The sheet metal processing is performed by modern CNC laser machines from TRUMPF.

The welding is performed by welding machines in protective atmosphere MAG, MIG and TIG (WIG). We offer welding of structural steel, stainless steel and aluminum.

CNC punching The punching is performed by modern CNC punching machines from TRUMPF. Punching by a punching machine is a technology which uses special tools for punching holes and shapes.

The cutting is performed by NC cutting machine which is suitable for both autogenous and plasma cutting. Working area: – 2000 x 6000 mm Max. thickness of cut materials: max. 180 mm (structural steels)

The rolling of sheet metal is another operation in our manufacturing process.

The slitting of material is performed by NC band saw machines.

The blasting of parts is performed with steel shots in a blasting cabine.

In cooperation, we are able to arrange surface treatments of material (powder coating, zinc coating, nickeling.)
